I am receiving the "account already exists" error when creating an account

If you own the email address in question and do not recall creating the account follow the reset my password steps here. Once you have logged into your account afterwards, make sure there is no unauthorized changes being made on your behalf. If you believe someone has made the account without your permission, your email service may be compromised. Contact your email service provider on securing your account. If you can't access the account attached to your email, contact our customer support team by emailing support@got2go.com
