What to know for FIFA World Cup Tickets

Restrictions for number of tickets / ticket purchase limits

  • Each Household may hold no more than of four (4) Tickets per Match, and no more than forty (40) Tickets in the aggregate for the Competition.

  • Households purchasing tickets beyond this limit do so at their own risk of being denied entry or tickets being invalidated. Got2Go's buyer's guarantee does not cover purchases that exceed these purchase limits.

  • FIFA hospitality packages are an exception to these rules and must be purchased through FIFA directly.

When will I receive my tickets?

  • Got2Go allows both private sellers and ticket vendors to sell tickets on our marketplace platform. Delivery times may vary due to this, and it is always recommended to check the ticket description when purchasing to confirm the delivery date.

  • Some ticket sales may advise before the event, others will state immediate delivery, and some may even have a specific delivery date.

How do I find FIFA World Cup tickets on Got2Go?

  1. Head to Got2Go.com or open the official Got2Go app. (Downloaded from the App Store or Google Play store)

  2. Select "World Cup" from the category carousel near the top of the page.
  3. Search through the list or apply search filters to narrow your results.
  4. Select the desired event, desired number of tickets, and search for desired tickets in the results or by using the map view where available.
  5. Proceed with ticket checkout as usual.

Types of tickets available for FIFA World Cup

  • Standard match ticket purchases:

    • Tickets advertised with an exact section and row. Some may have exact seats advertised also.
  • Category / Zone ticket purchases:
    • Tickets advertised with "CAT1", "Zone 3", "Category 4", "Section 2", etc. are tickets where the exact seat will be assigned later or upon receiving of the tickets.
    • Your tickets will still be seated together if made in a single purchase.
    • Prices and viewing experience are defined by the category / zone.
  • Hospitality package purchases:
    • FIFA and its direct partners also offer platinum / elite / suite packages not available through resale platforms like Got2Go.
