Minimum requirements for publishing a property listing
Overview
To protect guest experience and ensure reliable bookings, all property listings on Got2Go must pass automatic quality assurance (QA) checks before they can be published.
If any of the requirements below are missing or incomplete, the property will remain unpublished until resolved.
Requirements to publish (Quick Checklist):
Your property will not publish unless all of the following are met:
-
A property title and description are provided
-
At least 5 property images are uploaded
-
The property is located in a supported region (learn more here)
-
The property has bookable availability within the next rolling calendar year
-
Pricing data (e.g. nightly rates) exists for all available dates
-
A cancellation policy is set
-
The property is instant-bookable. Request-to-book is not supported (learn more here)
-
All fees are set (set any fee to $0 if no additional fees apply)
-
Amenities are configured
Additional important info:
Bookable availability
Your calendar must allow at least one valid, bookable stay within the next 12 months.
This means:
-
Dates may be open, but must also meet booking rules
-
Settings such as minimum length of stay, advance notice, or restricted check-in days can prevent a stay from being bookable—even if the calendar looks open
Pricing requirements
Pricing must be fully configured:
-
Nightly rates must exist for all available dates
-
Missing rates for any date range will block publishing
Instant Book requirement
Got2Go does not support request-to-book listings. API connected hosts must set listings to Instant Book to publish.
This is due to:
-
Payment processing limitations
-
Chargeback and fraud-prevention protections
Sync & other technical issues
In some cases, listings may remain unpublished due to:
-
PMS (property management software) sync errors
-
Third-party software and infrastructure issues
-
Incomplete data being overridden during sync
If issues persist after confirming all requirements are met, contact the Got2Go support team and we’ll help investigate.
