How to find your order ID

Your Got2Go Booking ID is a unique identifier for your reservation. You may need it when contacting support or managing your booking.

On the App

1. Open the Got2Go app:
2. Tap Bookings at the bottom of the screen
   
3. Select the booking or ticket you need
   
4. Scroll to Reservation Details
   
5. Your Got2Go Booking ID will be listed there
   

Tip: you can copy the code quickly by tapping the "Copy" button.

On the Web

1. Go to Got2Go.com and sign in
2. Open your account menu and select Tickets I've Purchased or Stays I've Booked
   
3. Select the booking or ticket you need
   
4. Look for the order number in the reservation details pane:
