# How to find your order ID

Your **Got2Go Booking ID** is a unique identifier for your reservation. You may need it when contacting support or managing your booking.

### On the App

1. Open the Got2Go app:
2. Tap **Bookings** at the bottom of the screen

3. Select the booking or ticket you need

4. Scroll to **Reservation Details

5. Your **Got2Go Booking ID** will be listed there

Tip: you can copy the code quickly by tapping the "Copy" button.

### On the Web

1. Go to [Got2Go.com](https://got2go.com/) and sign in
2. Open your account menuand select **Tickets I've Purchased** or **Stays I've Booked

3. Select the booking or ticket you need
