After logging into the Got2Go website, you can access the traveller dashboard by clicking the account icon at the top right of the webpage. On mobile, select the bookings tab in the bottom navigation bar. In the list that appears, select traveller dashboard and you will be able to view, edit and if eligible cancel bookings from here. If an unforeseen circumstance has arisen and you are ineligible to cancel a booking, contact our customer support team.
