I lost the keys to the listing while traveling, what should I do?

 

Oh no! Contact your host as soon as possible via the contact details in your confirmation booking. Your host should be able to let you in within a reasonable time frame - this will definitely take time however. Feel free to email support@got2go.com or start a chat on our website for further details, and for suggestions on what to do in the mean time. There may be a cost involved with replacing the locks and keys after your journey is complete - don't worry - we'll work with you to minimize the impact and give you appropriate time if necessary.
