If your ticket can’t be delivered, or you’re unable to attend your event due to reasons outside your control (within reason, of course), we’ve got you covered.
We offer two great options, because your time, plans, and experiences matter to us. With our Guarantee:

You’ll receive a full refund of what you paid, including any service fees, OR

You’ll receive a replacement ticket to a comparable event — at no extra cost to you.

When Are You Eligible?

Your original ticket must have been purchased directly through Got2Go.

The event must be located in the U.S., and you must have purchased from within the U.S.

You haven't already received a refund or replacement for the same issue.

The replacement ticket must be for a U.S. event.

Refunds go back to your original payment method only.

Got2Go makes the final decision on eligibility.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
