Tips for Ticket purchases

Buying tickets to an event is always exciting — but a smooth experience depends on knowing what to expect after checkout. Here are a few key tips and recommendations to make sure you're all set for your event.

1. Leave plenty of time for ticket delivery

Most tickets are delivered electronically, and many arrive instantly. However, depending on the seller or platform (like Ticketmaster), it can take up to 24 hours — and sometimes longer if you're purchasing well in advance of the event.

We recommend buying tickets early and keeping an eye on your email for delivery updates. If your ticket hasn’t arrived 48 hours before the event, feel free to contact our support team.

2. Accept third-party transfers quickly

If your ticket is delivered via a third-party platform (such as Ticketmaster), you’ll receive an email prompting you to log in and accept the ticket. Until you complete this step, the ticket won’t be active or usable.

Make sure to:

  • Check your email inbox and spam folders

  • Use the same email address you used at checkout

  • Accept the ticket transfer as soon as possible

3. Download the recommended ticketing app

Some venues and platforms require you to show your ticket on your phone via a mobile app. Screenshots or PDFs may not be accepted in these cases.

We recommend downloading the relevant app well in advance and signing in before event day so you're ready to go.

4. Follow the venue’s instructions for entry

Every venue is a little different. Some may require:

  • Tickets to be displayed in a specific app

  • Barcodes are scannable, from electronic devices or printed tickets (print quality and cracked screens may cause issues with scanning).

  • Early arrival for scanning and security

We strongly recommend checking the venue’s official info before your event for specific entry instructions and mobile ticket policies.
