How do I apply a discount code when purchasing tickets?

If you're a Got2Go member and would like to use your discount while on our tickets platform, you'll first need to get a promotional code – you should have received it via email when you became a member.

If you can't find the code, get in touch with our support team through live chat, phone or submitting the contact us form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

After you've found the tickets you'd like to purchase by searching on, select the "Tickets" button for that event. On the following screen, select the ticket offer you'd like to proceed with and hit the green "Buy" button.

Next, enter your email address, then select proceed to payment. Once the payment section is available, select "Redeem a gift card or promo code" directly under the payment section header. Enter the coupon code here, select "Apply" and you should see the discount added below this input field.

After, complete your payment details and select review my order. If you're happy to proceed after reviewing your order, continue with the purchase.
