# What happens if I have forgotten my account email?

 

If you have forgotten which email address you have used to create your Got2Go account, first try all of your active emails with the [reset my password steps](https://help.got2go.com/how-do-i-reset-my-password?hsLang=en) - our system will let you know if an account exists with each email attempted, reporting an email has been sent with further instructions.
